SHIPPING & CUSTOMS POLICY
All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia via DHL Express with full tracking.
Delivery time: 3вАУ7 business days depending on destination.
For deliveries to USA, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, and Japan:
All customs duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost (DDP вАФ Delivered Duty Paid). No additional charges at delivery.
For deliveries to Russia, ASEAN countries, Middle East, India, and other regions:
Local customs duties may apply upon delivery according to your country's import regulations. For Russia: orders under вВђ200 typically pass customs without duties (personal use limit).
TRACKING
After we ship your order you receive a tracking number by email. Track via the DHL Express website. Allow 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
CUSTOMS DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections in your country (typical 1вАУ3 extra business days; rare cases longer).
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as unclaimed after attempted delivery, we refund the order minus the return shipping cost charged to us by DHL.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of handmade jewelry and international shipping, we accept returns only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item shipped
- Damage during transit (with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery)
For these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the issue is our fault.
Custom orders and personalized items are non-returnable.
