Shipping Rules and Notes
• All orders ship from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia.
• We only process orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing on the next working day.
• If there is a delay, we will inform you. A tracking number will be sent when your order ships.
International Taxes and Duties
For all orders outside Indonesia, your package may have customs duties, VAT, or local taxes.
• These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer's responsibility.
• By law, we must state the full order value in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) on all customs papers.
• We cannot mark your order as a gift or declare a lower value.
• Express shipments are more likely to have customs fees.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
