REFUND POLICY
Refunds are processed within 7вАУ10 business days of approval. Eligibility, process, and crypto-specific mechanics below.
1. WHEN YOU CAN GET A REFUND
- Manufacturing defect confirmed by our team.
- Wrong item shipped.
- Item damaged in transit (photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery).
- Order cancelled before shipment.
2. WHAT IS NON-REFUNDABLE
- Custom orders, engravings, and personalized items.
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
- Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Loss of value due to use beyond visual inspection.
3. PROCESS
- Email us at ogjjewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and photo evidence (if applicable).
- We confirm the return and issue an RMA number with the return address.
- You ship the item back at your expense (unless the issue is our fault вАФ then we reimburse return shipping up to USD 30 with proof of cost).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue the refund to the original payment method.
4. REFUNDS FOR CRYPTO PAYMENTS
- Refunds for crypto payments are issued in the SAME coin and network used for the original payment (for example, USDT TRC-20 refunded in USDT TRC-20).
- The refund amount is calculated based on the USD value of the original payment. Due to crypto volatility, you may receive more or fewer coins than you paid.
- Network fees are deducted from the refund amount.
- We send the refund to a wallet address you specify in writing вАФ we do NOT automatically send to your original wallet. (CryptoCloud does not retain wallet addresses for security reasons; the original payment address was a one-time invoice address.)
- Allow up to 24 hours for blockchain confirmation after we send the transaction.
5. PARTIAL REFUNDS
We may offer partial refunds for items that are partially damaged or where only one item in a multi-item order is affected.
6. CHARGEBACKS
Crypto payments do not support chargebacks. Disputing the transaction with your wallet provider without first contacting us will not result in a refund. Please reach out to us at ogjjewelry@gmail.com first вАФ we resolve 99% of issues amicably.
7. CRYPTO TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL ON-CHAIN
Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed on the blockchain. Any refund is a new outgoing transaction from us to you, not a reversal of the original payment.
