CRYPTO PAYMENTS POLICY
This page explains how cryptocurrency payments work on OGJ and your rights as a customer.
1. SUPPORTED COINS AND NETWORKS
We accept payments in USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20), BTC, ETH, and other coins supported by our payment partner CryptoCloud. The current full list is shown at checkout.
2. HOW IT WORKS
- At checkout, select "Pay with crypto".
- You are redirected to CryptoCloud's secure payment page.
- CryptoCloud displays a unique wallet address and the amount in the selected coin, based on the live USD-to-crypto rate at invoice creation.
- The invoice is valid for 60 minutes. You must send the exact amount within this window.
- After the network confirms your transaction (1вАУ6 confirmations depending on the coin), you receive the order confirmation by email.
3. FIXED RATE AT INVOICE CREATION
The crypto-to-USD rate is FIXED at the moment the invoice is created вАФ not at the moment your transaction confirms on the blockchain. If the price moves during the 60-minute window, neither party owes anything extra; the invoice amount stands.
4. UNDERPAYMENT OR OVERPAYMENT
- Underpayment: your invoice will not be marked as paid. Contact us at ogjjewelry@gmail.com with the transaction hash; we either request the difference or refund you (minus network fees).
- Overpayment: we refund the excess to a wallet address you specify in writing.
5. NETWORK (GAS) FEES
The network fees for sending your payment are your responsibility. Refund network fees are deducted from the refund amount.
6. FINALITY OF CRYPTO TRANSACTIONS
Once your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it is FINAL and IRREVERSIBLE. We cannot "reverse" or "chargeback" a confirmed crypto payment. Any refund is a new outgoing transaction from us to your wallet вАФ see REFUND POLICY.
7. NO CHARGEBACK
Unlike credit cards, crypto payments do NOT support chargebacks. If you have a complaint, contact us first вАФ we resolve issues directly with you in accordance with the REFUND POLICY.
8. KYC AND SANCTIONS SCREENING
CryptoCloud performs blockchain analytics and sanctions screening on every incoming transaction. Transactions flagged as high-risk (for example, from sanctioned addresses, mixers, or known illicit sources) will be rejected and your order will be cancelled. See AML / KYC POLICY.
9. PRIVACY
We do NOT collect or store your wallet address. CryptoCloud sees the wallet address you pay from; we only see "paid" or "not paid" plus the order ID and amount. See PRIVACY POLICY.
10. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
OGJ is not a cryptocurrency exchange, custodian, or financial advisor. We accept crypto only as payment for our handmade jewelry products. We do not provide investment, custody, or any other financial services.
