AML / KYC POLICY
OGJ is committed to compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) regulations.
1. SCOPE
We sell handmade silver jewelry to individual end-customers worldwide. We do NOT process cash payments and do not accept anonymous transactions.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
All payments are processed exclusively through our licensed crypto-payment provider:
- CryptoCloud вАФ accepts USDT, BTC, ETH and other cryptocurrencies. CryptoCloud performs blockchain analytics, sanctions screening, and risk scoring on every incoming transaction. We do not process cash or accept fiat card payments.
3. CUSTOMER DUE DILIGENCE
For orders above USD 2,000 (single order or aggregate from the same customer over 30 days), we may request:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport or equivalent).
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, less than 3 months old).
- Source-of-funds declaration.
If you decline these requests, we will refund and cancel the order.
4. RED FLAGS
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion if we detect:
- Multiple orders to different addresses paid from the same wallet.
- Unusual order patterns (for example, maximum quantities with no shipping verification).
- Sanctions list matches.
- Crypto transactions flagged by CryptoCloud's analytics as high-risk (mixers, sanctioned addresses, known illicit sources).
5. RECORD KEEPING
Transaction records are retained for 5 years per Indonesian law and longer where regulatory authorities require.
6. PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS
We do NOT ship to:
- Individuals or entities on OFAC, EU, UN, or UK sanctions lists.
- Countries under comprehensive sanctions (current list available on request).
- Individuals or entities with verified involvement in money laundering, terrorism financing, drug trafficking, human trafficking, or other serious crimes.
7. REPORTING
Suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate authority in accordance with Indonesian law.
